Mr. Mair holds a diploma in international business administration from the University of Applied Sciences, Furtwangen, has more than 30 years of experience in the banking and finance industries, has been an active investor in the resource industry for over 15 years, and is currently the founder and chief executive officer of a private investment company in Germany. He is also one of the company's 10 largest shareholders.
